It all started on the Christian dating app, Upward. Bradon and I (Emily) started talking and really hit it off. We started talking on September 7, 2020, then had our first date on September 25th at Zio's in Tulsa.

At that time, he lived in OKC, and I lived in Tulsa, but we made time to be together. We continued to talk and go out on dates until Bradon asked me to be his girlfriend on November 29th! We were official!

We continued dating and having adventures over the next year and a half, still living long-distance. Then, in July 2022, I moved to OKC! Finally, we got to live 10 minutes apart instead of an hour and a half!

I started teaching in the OKC area, and we got to live our lives closer together. We have loved being able to go out on dates together more often and live in the same city.

Then, on February 8, 2025, we went for a walk around a park. When we came back, we were sitting in the car together, and the timing was right. Bradon said the magic words: "Will you marry me?" To make it official, he came over to my side of the car and kneeled down. Of course I said yes!

We are so excited to begin our lives together and can't wait to celebrate with all of you on June 21st! We know that God has been instrumental in bringing us together, and we want to always keep Him at the forefront of our marriage.
