The SparkNotes Version
Chris and Emily met at work, a little bit by chance because he's a per diem employee. At the time, she was lucky enough to have a ride-or-die partner (shout out @BillC) who convinced her that Chris was worth getting to know. A very casual relationship ensued in April or May of 2019. He was in it for the running buddy and she was looking forward to the summer boat rides. As very casual people in a very casual relationship, no photos were taken until much later that year. Thankfully, they did eventually start taking pictures together because those tell a much better story. They'll take it from here.

One of two sunny days from the world's coldest southern road trip. First, we flew into Jacksonville, FL and navigated across the panhandle. From there, we made a pitstop at the USS Alabama, won a bunch of money at the Silver Slipper Casino in Mississippi, and then made it to Louisiana a few days before Christmas

We saw plenty of good shows in 2022, some rescheduled from COVID and others just because we love live music. We finished the summer strong with turf tickets for the Red Hot Chili Peppers at Fenway

Thanksgiving rolled around and we rolled out. It started with a Turkey Trot in Delaware, and then the boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland. A quick ferry trip later and we were in New Jersey. We lost all our money in Atlantic City, and rode the Ferris Wheel at the Steel Pier

Our search began in Gloucester, at the Bass Rocks Elks. We instantly fell in love with all of the sights, sounds, and smells the Atlantic coast had to offer. Thacher Island and Cape Ann Light Station is seen in the background. It was also today that we easily agreed upon a summer wedding.

Spring break road trip to Philly. We loved it here. Lots of walking, Chinatown, and fresh jelly donuts at the Reading Terminal Market. Jury is out on the best cheese steak however.

Flew west to celebrate Emily's dirty thirty in Sin City. We didn't have to pawn anything or get hospitalized for heat stroke. Chris and Emily both got lucky everynight.
