Doors to the Empire Room will open at 4. We recommend arriving between 4 and 4:15 to find your seats for the 4:30 ceremony. There's only one way in and out of the Empire Room, and that’s down the aisle. The doors will close behind the procession. You will not be allowed into the room once that happens!

There is a covered parking structure attached to the hotel with reduced rates for our guests via a voucher picked up on site. Overnight self parking is $20. Event-only self parking is $10. You will pull a ticket at the garage entrance. Do not lose it. You'll pick up the parking voucher during the cocktail hour which ensures the discount. Note: When booking your room online, it may appear that parking costs $38. The voucher will ensure the discount upon checkout.

Formal, cocktail, or semi-formal attire is appropriate. No jeans, T shirts, or sweatpants (obviously) please.

Right. The rehearsal, ceremony, and reception are all at the Hilton, making it easy to retreat to your cozy room at the end of the night. No need to venture out in the frigid Wisconsin February weather.

Due to the capacity of our reception venue, we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

There will be a complimentary coat check for the wedding.
