Please RSVP by 5/10/25 by using the menu above or mailing the RSVP back to John and Emily. If you do not respond in time we will unfortunately assume you are unable to attend.
How to RSVP?
We kindly ask that you either use the menu above or mail in your RSVP attached to your invitation. Please only complete one RSVP. There is no need to mail in you RSVP card in addition to completing the RSVP online.
What is the dress code?
We ask that you dress in semi formal or dressy casual attire. For men suit jackets and ties are optional but we ask that you do not wear blue jeans. For women we ask that you wear semi formal or cocktail dress wear please keep in mind that the ceremony will take place in a grassy area when choosing footwear.
What time should I arrive?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00. Unfortunately, if you make it at 4:00 or after you may be held aside to not interrupt the ceremony so please be mindful of the time.
Can I bring a guest?
We are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests. On your invitation if you are able to bring a guest it has been addressed as {your name} and Guest.
Can I bring my kids?
We are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests. Your invitation will be addressed to “The {Your Last Name} Family” if your children have been invited and “Mr. & Mrs.” if only you and your significant other have been invited.

We have two local hotels blocked, please see the travel section of our website for details.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We would like all of our friends and family to remain present in the moment during the ceremony. We have hired multiple professionals to capture the moment. Due to these reasons we ask to have an unplugged ceremony. With that said the officiant will announce that there will be 30 seconds for guests to snap a picture.
What can I do about food restrictions?
The caterer will be providing options for the vegetarian guests that will be attending. Please reach out with and additional food allergies concerns.
