What is the attire?
The dress code is Cocktail/Garden Party Attire. “Florals? For spring? Groundbreaking.” Pastels and floral prints encouraged! A light jacket would be great to bring as the night gets chilly. A block or chunky heel would be more appropriate for the venue rather than stiletto style as there is gravel in some areas.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will start at 4pm. Please arrive at 3:45 at the latest and 3pm at the earliest.
Are children invited?
To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.
How will seating work?
The ceremony will be open seating so sit where you please! Two rows in the front will be reserved for close family.
The reception will have assigned tables.
Is there parking on site?
There is some space for parking. You may take a driving service to and from the wedding if you are from out of town without a vehicle or meet at the Chattanoogan Hotel, we will have a transport vehicle to and from the venue.
The bus will be leaving at 3pm from the hotel to the venue, and transport back to hotel offered at 8:30 pm and 10pm
Will the event be indoors or outdoors?
Both! The ceremony will be held outdoors in the garden area, and reception will be indoors of the venue and greenhouse.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The bar will be open from 4:30-9:30
We will be serving red and white wine, two signature cocktails, Corona and Michelob Ultra.
