Dress code & Arrival
4:30 PM–5:00 PM
Attire: Our Dress code for the night is Formal! Please dress to impress! This is one of the few events you are allowed to dress up, so please do so! We will also be asking to please wear NO JEANS! Like said, this is a special night, and we would like you to look your best! The only color we ask you to not wear is white. We love color so please wear what makes you feel beautiful! (Just look presentable, like you would at a job interview with NO jeans. Slacks for the men please.)
Guests are allowed to start arriving at 4:30 to take your seats. Feel free to chat and take pictures with other guests as well! We ask that everyone please have arrived and be sitting down by 5 o’clock. The ceremony will start soon after. I’m
Unplugged Ceremony
5:00 PM–5:45 PM
We are estimating the ceremony will start about 5:15, so please be here and seated by 5! All the times will be roughly estimated, we are going to just go with the flow! We are wanting the ceremony to be PHONE FREE, we want everyone to just be in the moment with us and enjoy! After the ceremony is over, feel free to get your phones back out for pictures! We will also have disposable cameras we’d love everyone to use and take pictures for us with!!
(Reception time!) Food and Pictures
6:00 PM–6:30 PM
Like said, all times are estimated but we don’t want to spend too much time focusing on taking posed pictures, we want to be in the moment! We will be serving pizza, pasta and salad. While everyone is eating we will have each group who would like to take picture a picture with us, come up and do so. Throughout the rest of the night, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like. We’d love to see them all!
Cake cutting & First dance
6:30 PM–7:00 PM
We will be doing a small cake cutting for us, and having a dessert table for everyone to pick what they would like to eat with us! We will have cupcakes (which will be the same as our cake) and other options for those who don’t love cake!
Time to Dance and Socialize!
7:00 PM–10:00 PM
This is where the party begins! There will be lots of music and dancing! Come mingle and hang out with us! The evening will be coming to an end for clean up around 10:30-11pm. We’d love everyone to stay as long as they are able, but also head out when you feel ready. We are so excited to hang out with all our friends and family for as long as we can on our special day! We will have a fire pit to warm up at with blankets if it gets a little chilly! We hope to see you all!
