Our love story began 11 years ago when we met at a party that our mutual friend (Michelle, Maid of Honour) was throwing at Brock University. Since then we started hanging out with mutual friends but we never really talked to each other much... until, one night at halloween haunt at Canada’s wonderland when we shared glances, eye rolls and laughs. That’s when we realized we had a lot in common and enjoyed each others company, becoming really good friends; we started talking every day, spending all of our free time with one another. We were the best of friends.

All this quality time together lead us to our first date (although Leo likes to say we were already dating by this time) at the Drive-in 5 in Oakville which is where we held hands and shared our first kiss. We realized that we were meant for each other and 10 years of dating later, our love has only grown deeper and more meaningful than ever or never ending as we like to say to each other. We are truly meant for each other and can’t wait to continue experiencing this life together.

PS. a little back story on our favourite way to tell each other "I love you." During our first year of dating and the first Christmas we spent together, we went to the Christmas Market in the Distillery District in Toronto. They had a LOVE sign where people could attach a lock with a written love note on it. We decided to partake. Emily wanted to think of something to write besides just our names or date and Leo instantly thought of the phrase "Never Ending" to symbolize how strongly we felt about each other and how we hope to never forget this feeling or let it fade. Emily's idea was to put it on the letter 'O' to symbolize that a circle is continuous and "never ending" just like our love. From that moment on, we have used that phrase to remind each other of our love and to express our love to one another. Every letter or card we write is signed with those very two words. Those words are so special to us. We are so overjoyed to celebrate our love with you. Never Ending.
