Guests can arrive at 3:00PM to allow ample time before our ceremony starts at 3:30PM sharp. Water will be available to guests prior to the ceremony starting.

The dress code is semiformal with a summer twist. Take this opportunity to wear your best summer wedding attire. Our ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting) and guests will walk down a gravel driveway from the ceremony to reception, so plan your shoes accordingly.

While we adore your children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. Thank you for understanding.

Due to capacity limitations, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate any extra guests on our special day. Those with a plus one will be listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

We have arranged a shuttle service for our guests staying at the Springhill Suites Hotel in Latrobe. The shuttle service will run to the venue before and after our wedding to ensure all our guests have a safe way to and from.
