We first crossed paths in high school, but it wasn’t until a few years later that fate truly brought us back together. During Spring Break of 2023, I posted about my trip to Great Wolf Lodge, and out of the blue, I received a text from him saying, "That place is so underrated." It was the perfect excuse to reconnect, and before we knew it, we were catching up over a movie night, watching Super Mario Bros at the theater. From that moment on, we hit it off instantly.

Just a couple of months later, we started dating, and we knew right away that this was something special. A year later, on the anniversary of the day he asked me to be his girlfriend, he surprised me with a proposal at the same exact place. It was a full-circle moment that felt just right.

And now, here we are, ready to begin the next chapter of our lives together, as we say "I do" and start our happily ever after.
