To get a room that is a part of our hotel block, you must book your room by June 1st, 2025. However, due to a large event in town the same weekend, we recommend booking your room(s) much sooner.

Transportation
Transportation, via shuttle, will be provided for guests to and from the hotel to the cocktail hour/reception at the Kalamazoo Country Club.
Airports
There is an airport in Kalamazoo (AZO) with rental car services. However, if you cannot get a direct flight into Kalamazoo, the Grand Rapids airport (GRR) is less than an hour away, with rental car services as well.
