When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by Friday, March 29, 2024 so we have an accurate headcount.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Please feel free to RSVP via theknot.com/simonsaysye or the attached RSVP card included in your formal wedding invitation.

Am I allowed to bring a +1?

Please check your formal invitation for your +1.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

As much as we love your little ones, we are having a child-free wedding ceremony and reception, unless it is explicitly noted on your wedding invitation.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Our wedding dress code is Black Tie Optional.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Our ceremony begins at 2pm, please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes earlier in order to find parking.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

There will be a ~3hr break between our ceremony and reception. For those staying at our hotel room block, we will provide a shuttle service from the ceremony venue to the hotel to allow for guests to freshen up. Another shuttle will be departing from the hotel to our reception venue around 5:30pm.

Will there be an open bar?

YES!! We ask for those who will be drinking to please consider staying in our hotel room block as we'll be providing a shuttle service to and from the hotel, ceremony, and reception venues.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Our reception ends at 11pm. There will not be a formal after-party, but for those who are on the shuttle service and staying at the AC by Marriott, we have a dedicated area for those who would like to continue socializing.

Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?

Your presence is enough of a present to us! If you feel inclined, please feel free to donate to our honeymoon and home fund.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Yes! For those who are staying at our hotel room block, we will provide a shuttle service for guests the entire day.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

For our church ceremony, parking is sparse. There are multiple public parking lots and street parking in the area. However, please note parking signs and parking meters for parking restrictions. For our reception, there is amble parking available in the connected parking lot.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding will be indoors.

Is there a preferred hotel we should stay at?

Are there any accommodation recommendations?

We recommend our guests to stay with us at our preferred hotel, AC Hotel by Marriott Santa Clara. For guests who will be staying at the AC Hotel, we will provide a welcome reception, shuttle service for all the wedding festivities, and a morning after breakfast.
