Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Yes, a discount is being offered at the CopperLeaf Hotel. The rate is $145 Friday and $155 Saturday. Use the link in the 'Travel' tab to receive the discount.
Is there parking near the venue?
Yes, cars may be left in the venue's parking lot overnight as needed.
Is there a dress code?
No! Just bring your dancing shoes! ;)
Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?
The ceremony will be held outdoor in the Pines area and the reception will be indoors in the Great Blue Heron Hall, both on site of Bubolz Nature Preserve. The reception area has access to two large balconies for outdoor access as well.
What type of food will be served?
We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet with a selection of beef, chicken, or vegetarian options along with salad and sides.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm, so please be seated by 3:45 pm.
