For those taking the shuttle from Downtown Nashville (you would have received a text from us confirming that you're on the shuttle), the bus will depart from the Omni Hotel promptly at 3:30pm. Please plan to arrive in front of the Omni by 3:15pm to ensure an on time departure. The shuttle will leave Graystone Quarry at 11pm for drop-off back at the Omni at the end of the night. You can also rent a car to drive or Uber - there is ample free parking at the venue!

In lieu of a room block, we've arranged transportation for guests staying in downtown Nashville or Franklin. See the Travel tab for recommended hotels!

Yes! We'll have two signature drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages available throughout the night.

Semi-formal

We'll have a welcome party on Friday 9/20 open to everyone! It'll start at 8pm and take place at City Winery in downtown Nashville.

If your child is invited, they will be listed on the invitation. While we are grateful to have so many wonderful families in our lives, we unfortunately don’t have the capacity for everyone’s children. We encourage parents to use this as a weekend out in Nashville & have fun!
