The Courtyard and Towneplace Suites are located next to each other and are a short 12-15 minute drive from both downtown Kansas City and the venue. They are also 18 minutes from Kansas City International Airport.

There will be a shuttle available for guests to take to and from the hotels and venue. They will be leaving from The Courtyard at 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm. Shuttles returning will be leaving the venue at 10:15 pm and 10:45 pm.
