When should I RSVP?

As soon as possible, but no later than September 1st, 2026. We need a final count for our vendors by then.

What if I didn’t RSVP on time?

Unfortunately, if you did not RSVP by the date provided, we will automatically mark you as a “no”. We will miss celebrating with you, but it is important to give our vendors final numbers within the time frame that they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my kids with me?

Our Wedding is a Kids-Free Celebration! We love your little ones—we really do! However, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives all our guests a chance to relax, unwind, and fully enjoy the evening with us. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Check your RSVP. It will be listed if you have a plus one or not. All plus ones need to be 18+.

What is the dress code attire?

Semi formal. We kindly ask that you don’t wear blue jeans or white. Examples of attire: Men: kakis, nice pair of slacks, nice polo, or dress shirt. Women: dress pants and a nice shirt or a dress. Please do not wear a white dress. The ceremony will be outside (as long as weather holds up) and the reception will be both inside and out. Please plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

You can arrive at 4pm or after to have enough time to park and find a seat.

Can I take photos during the wedding ceremony?

No. Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony as we want the ceremony time to be “unplugged”. We will have a fabulous photographer capturing photos during the ceremony. You are MORE than welcome to take as many photos as you want before or after ceremony! :)

Do I have access to the retreat house?

No. A sign is outside the retreat house in case you get lost. The retreat house is ONLY for the wedding party(and their spouses) or parents of the bride or groom. No other guests should be entering the retreat house. You are welcome to be in the outside garden area or in the event center. :)

Can I leave my car there overnight?

Yes, if you end up getting a sober cab back to your hotel, you are welcome to leave your car at the venue. Please make arrangements to come back the following morning for your car!

Can I do an Irish Goodbye?

Absolutely!

What’s the weather like Up North?

Welcome to fall in Minnesota! Mother Nature can be so unpredictable. Our guess is the weather will be somewhere between 40-60 degrees. Could be colder, could be warmer. Dress accordingly!

Is the venue inside or outside?

The venue is both inside and outside. As long as the weather is good, the ceremony will be outside! Dinner will be served inside the event center, though the whole 80 acres of the event center is out for the night. There will be outdoor games for cocktail hour! Please don’t make us send a search party for you!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

When you RSVP there will be a comment section for you to list any dietary needs. We will do our best to accommodate to those. Please contact the bride or groom with any pressing questions.

What if I RSVP yes, but then I am not able to attend?

No worries, we get it, life happens! Just let the bride or groom know as soon as possible!
