We have a room block set up at The Notary Hotel. You can find all the details and link to our room block under the 'Travel' section of this website. Make sure you use the link provided to secure the event rate! If you choose to stay elsewhere, we recommend staying in or near the Old City area as it’s beautiful, historic, and near our venue.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to give yourself time to find your seats and settle in!

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is the closest airport and is located only 15-20 minutes away from the venue and hotel.

We will have one trolley taking two trips from The Notary hotel to the Down Town Club ahead of the ceremony. There will also be complimentary valet parking outside the venue. After the reception, we will provide guests with an Uber promo code to use to get home safely or join us for the after party!

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.

We adore your kids, but for our special day, we ask that you treat yourself to a night off and join us for an adults-only celebration.

We kindly ask that only the guests listed on the invitation RSVP.
