Do you have a registry?
If you would like to honor us with a gift, we have registered a list here on The Knot. We also know that many folks are traveling from out of town and so have created a Honeymoon Fund as well in case you're looking to contribute a gift but are low on space in the suitcase!
Can I bring my children?
Our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We understand that this can be a challenge, and appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!
Is the venue handicap accessible?
We will be hosting our wedding in the Pavilion area of London Town & Gardens, which is fully wheelchair accessible. There are designated accessible parking spots for ease of access. Some other portions of the venue, such as the garden trails and the pier, may not be accessible by wheelchair.
Is there a dress code?
Tonight we're dressing to the nines! We'd ask our guests to wear formal attire, black tie optional, so suit and tie and cocktail dresses or longer gowns of any color. September in Maryland is a mix of hot and cool, so guests may want a light jacket.
Can I take pictures at the wedding?
We want as much of our special day as possible to be captured in photos so we can remember it forever! We do ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, but would love to see all your pictures from our reception! We will have a wedding hashtag, a photo booth and our photographer will be around throughout the reception to take photos.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors? Where is the ceremony?
Both our ceremony and reception are being held at London Town & Gardens. Our ceremony will be outside on the lawn, dinner will be in a covered tent, and we have an indoor space for dancing. In case of rain, the ceremony will take place indoors.
What type of food will be served at the wedding?
We will be serving hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner with a dual entree of fish and pork, salad, and sides. We will have an option available for those with dietary restrictions or allergies that will be plated and served separately.
I'm staying at the Double Tree. Can I take their shuttle to the wedding?
Unfortunately, we have been made aware that the shuttle is not able to transport guests to London Town, however guests can still use the Uber voucher if you don't wish to drive.
If I have a little too much fun to drive home, can I leave my car at Londontown?
Yes! Guests are able to leave their cars at the venue, and in fact the parking lot is locked overnight to ensure safety. You can pick up your car between 9-12 on Saturday the 21st.
