Have you reserved a block of rooms at a hotel?
I reserved a discounted room rate block for all wedding guests to book rooms with "Embassy Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City Downtown Medical Center". The last day to book the discounted room rate block is Tuesday, October 1st. You can reserve a hotel room after this date outside of the block.
When do I RSVP by?
The last day to RSVP is Tuesday, October 1st.
What is the dress code?
Formal attire. For men, suit and tie.
Can I bring a guest?
While we would love to accommodate your guest, our wedding is RSVP only. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue?
There are 200+ parking spots at Coles Garden. We also recommend using Uber or Lyft. Our hotel block is a 10 minute drive from Coles Garden.
When should I arrive for the ceremony?
Please arrive to the venue 15-20 minutes before the ceremony time. The ceremony will be starting promptly at 6:00pm.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Pending weather conditions the ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.
