There is not a shuttle from the hotel to/or from the venues. We encourage carpooling! Uber is also available.

Yes. After the ceremony, the doors to the reception will open at 4:00 pm. Dinner will be served at 5:00 pm.

The reception is a 20 minute drive from the ceremony; however, there will be a time gap between the two events.

There are places to walk and stores to visit! Some suggestions include - the downtown river walk and/or Main Street - Franklin Street (type in Chasers to the GPS) for shops or a drink - Eastland Mall, - walking trail at USI (park by the baseball field, not far from hotel).

Beer and wine will be free of charge. Mixed drinks can be purchased with cash.

Yes! We want everyone to have a fun, but safe, time celebrating with the newlyweds. Ubers do go out to Kokies, and Kokies will not tow any vehicle left at the lot. If you find yourself enjoying the free beer and wine, we ask that you do not drink and drive.
