-You'll park on the left side of the driveway (top of the map) or you’ll be dropped off by the shuttle here.
- You can walk by foot through the venue. You will pass the restrooms, go through a barn, and walk beyond the reception/dancefloor and catering area down to the mulch path to the ceremony.
- You can take the hayrack ride/bus around the outside of the venue and be dropped off near the ceremony. Hayrack ride/bus will return you to the parking lot.
When should I RSVP?
All RSVPs are due no later than August 1st 2025

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive no later than 4pm. It is a long walk or ride down to the ceremony location. Ceremony is at 4:20pm with cocktail hour and dinner to follow.
Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?
Both the ceremony and reception are outdoors. We will have access to the entire property. So please feel free to explore!
I don't live in Kansas City, what's my best option to get there?
Kansas City has an airport (MCI) which is very north Kansas City. From there, you'll need to take a rideshare to your hotel.
Kansas City also has a train station that uses AMTRAK, and you'll arrive at Union Station. It's pretty close to one of our hotel locations. You will also need to use a rideshare to get to the hotel in Lee's Summit or around the area.
Will there be a shuttle from the hotel?
Yes! We want everyone to enjoy their time celebrating without worry about travel logistics at the end of the night. The shuttle will be to and from the Lee’s Summit hotel ONLY from 2:45pm - 4:30pm and again from 8:30pm-11pm.
What is the dress code?
Dress code is semi-formal. We want all our guests to dress up for the occasion, but also feel comfortable since the wedding and reception will be outdoors.

You can leave your car over night (if you have a little too much fun), but will need to pick it up the following morning. We highly recommend taking the shuttle to and from the Lee’s Summit hotel!
Can I bring a plus one?
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated. If you belive we may have forgotten a family member or plus one, please contact Karan.
Can I bring my kid(s)?
We’re keeping it mostly adults-only. Think of it as your chance for a stress-free parents' night out—let loose and enjoy the party without chasing little ones!
If your kid(s) an exception due to travel, their name(s) will be clearly stated on your RSVP.
We ask that you please respect our wishes and truly enjoy the day with us!
What can I expect for food and beverage?
There will be plenty of alcohol and nonalcoholic options being served. Our vendors are more than happy to accommodate dietary restrictions, so please indicate that on your RSVP.
