Q + A

How do I RSVP? When do I RSVP by?

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before April 6, 2024. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity -- you will be missed!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both will be held indoors with air conditioning (whoop whoop)! Venue Bouchon has a patio and benches for those who would like to hang out outdoors!

How does seating work?

The ceremony will be open seating, so pick either side! For the reception, we will be carefully be arranging tables so our guests are seated with those that they know. Keep a lookout for the seating chart when you enter the reception!

Is there a dress code?

Yes! The dress code is Semi-Formal. No jeans please! (:

What should we do in between the ceremony and reception?

We have included some local bars and breweries to check out under the "Things To Do" tab. Grab a drink (or a few) between the ceremony and cocktail hour! There is also a block of hotel rooms reserved at Eisenhower Hotel & Conference Center. Feel free to drop off bags, check in, and catch the shuttle we have provided for transportation to the wedding venue!

Can I bring a plus one/children?

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones/children unless it is specifically indicated on your formal invitation. For example, your invitation will list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list "(your name) & Family" or "The (last name) Family". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number or people you can RSVP for!

Is there a hotel block available?

Yes, a hotel block has been reserved at Eisenhower Hotel and Conference Center. Rooms must be booked by May 5th. For more details, click on the "Travel" tab.

Is there parking at Venue Bouchon?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue, free of charge! Guests are able to leave their cars in the parking lot overnight, however, the venue is gated. Gates will not be opened until 10am on Sunday morning. We suggest parking at the hotel, Eisenhower Hotel & Conference Center, and catching the provided shuttle to the venue so that you will not have to worry about driving after dancing (and drinking) all night!

Will there be an open bar?

No question is silly, but this one is close. Yes, of course.

Will there be an after party?

Yes, the hotel bar will be open until 2am after the reception!
