Please detach the “RSVP” card on your invitation. Select yes or no, and clearly write the full spelling of the names attending/declining. Simply drop it back in the mailbox - postcard style! No envelope/additional postage required!

As long as weather permits, the ceremony is planned to be held outdoors. Please dress accordingly depending on the May weather! The reception will be indoors.

We ask that you please arrive no sooner than 5:00 PM - one hour before the start of the ceremony - as the bridal party will be on the property finishing up some last minute photos! However please make every attempt to be seated by 5:50 PM so we can start our special day on schedule!

We kindly ask no personal photos or videos during our ceremony. We will be happy to share our professional photos & video after the wedding! Thank you in advance for your understanding. We have booked a room block at the Brandywine Plaza Hotel for a discounted rate! Please refer to the travel section of our website for instructions on how to make reservations!

Yes! Shuttles will be available for transporting to and from the venue - first Shuttle pickup will be at 5:00 PM at the Brandywine Plaza Hotel!

While we love your kids dearly, our wedding is going to be an adults only event with the exception of select immediate family members of the Bride & Groom. We hope you understand & enjoy your night celebrating with us!

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to help us stay on budget. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Fear not! You will be well fed on our special day!You will make your meal selection once all the guests are seated in the ballroom after cocktail hour. The waitstaff will come to each table & individually ask your meal choice!

Absolutely! Come on now, it’s US! We have a room space blocked on the 3rd floor of the Brandywine Plaza after the wedding for those who want to keep the night going! We do however ask that you please BYOB!
