Our Wedding

Mine and Jaden’s story began on October 24th in 2023. As crazy as it seems we met off of Snapchat. When he randomly messaged me one day saying “you are so gorgeous, I would take you to meet my mom so fast” and so we started texting and he kept asking me to go on a date with him and at the time I was to busy to have free time for dating, with my job and my baking business, so I kept denying it until he said “how many cookies will it take for me to buy for you to finally go on a date with me?” So I jokingly said “500” and as he was about to send me the money, I just couldn’t let him do it so we ended up calling and talking to each other the whole night until 2 hours before we had to wake up and go to work. Then the next day we went on our first date and there are no words to describe the feeling I had when we met, I just knew he was the one. And oh boy, he was not lying about me meeting his mom fast! I met his mom on our first time and that’s when I knew I would fit in perfectly with his family! A few months after we started dating we took the big leaped and moved in with each other and as scary as it seemed at the time I knew it was going to be the best decision and it sure was! Then the biggest decision of our life so far came when he proposed to me on October 11th 2024. We woke up that morning and I had no idea I just thought we were going on a date! We had breakfast in bed and got dressed and went to Atlanta that evening to the Sun Dial but first we had to walk through a park to get there, at least that’s what he told me the directions said, and I’m blonde so I believed him. Until we got in the park and his mood changed instantly he became so nervous and it made me become nervous so I got on my phone and then looked up and there was a sign that said “Emily will you marry me?” It was one of the best days ever! I was telling everyone in Atlanta that we were engaged! And now we are about to say “I Do!” This is the day that I have always dreamed about since I was a little kid and now I get to live it. This is where our life really begins to start!
