Andrew and I met the old-fashioned way... online. At the time, I was living in Indiana and preparing to move to Michigan. We matched and exchanged a few messages, and Andrew suggested we meet up once I got settled in Michigan. But as life goes, the conversation fizzled out, and time passed.

A year later, by pure chance, we matched again. To my surprised Andrew remembered me! We quickly started talking again, and quickly realized how much we had in common. Eventually, Andrew asked me to dinner, and though I was nervous and almost backed out, I had a feeling this was going to be something special. And when I met him in person, I couldn't help but laugh-he really was 6'8"!

Our dinner was filled with nonstop conversation , and I immediately felt a strong connection with him. But my favorite part of the evening was at the end, when Andrew leaned in for a kiss... and completely missed! We both burst out laughing, and in that moment, I knew I was falling for him. As he walked away, he threw a fist pump in the air like something out of The Breakfast Club, and I knew right then I was excited for what was to come.

It felt like we had known each other forever, like we were always meant to find our way to each other. From that moment on, everything fell into place, and the rest, as they say, is history.
