Stay in the Granlibakken's Big Pine Lodge, the building blocked off for the Villalobos wedding, or just next door. Either way, you will be just steps from bed after dancing the night away! CALL the lodge (530) 583-4242 by September 3rd and state you are with the "Villalobos Wedding" for the discounted rate. Complimentary continental breakfast included.

Accommodation

Highly recommend climbing and zip-lining through the trees literally steps from the site of the wedding. We have a group started for Friday 10/3 at 1pm, let us know if you’d like to join for the group rate of $65 per person. You can also book separately on the above website at any time!

Treetop Adventure Course

We invite all guests to join our rehearsal dinner Friday, October 3rd at 6pm. If you’re not part of our wedding party, we kindly ask for $10 per person. Venmo or Zelle Walther

Father of the bride and official activity coordinator for the Winter family will be coordinating a doubles pickle ball tournament starting at 9am the morning of the wedding at the Granlibakken's on-site courts. Bring your paddle if you have one, and RSVP with your partner's name in the RSVP tab. There will also be pickleball shirts provided by Emily's uncle Anthony!

The ceremony and reception will take place on the Big Pine grass lawn. There will be heaters around the dance floor in the evening and an indoor space with a fireplace available for those wanting a warm place to relax. If poor weather is in the forecast (e.g. snow, fire), the event will take place in the Granlibakken's ballroom. Parking is located on the hillside near the Big Pine Lawn with overflow near the main lodge. Follow the wedding signs! If you require assistance to walk up a small hill to access the Big Pine Lawn, please let Emily or Walther know and golf cart transport can be arranged. Join us at the Granhall dining room located in the Granlibakken's Main Lodge at 8:15am Saturday and 9am Sunday for a buffet breakfast. Complimentary for guests staying at the Granlibakken, and $20 for adults or $15 for kids under 12 coming from off-site.
