Due to the fact that Liberty University is holding their Homecoming weekend at the same time, hotels in the area will not allow discounted rates. Please book your accommodations as soon as possible to avoid missing out on locations close to the venue.

There will be a large grass field accessible for parking during the ceremony. Once the ceremony has concluded, you will have the option to move your car closer to the reception area.

Our ceremony will be located outdoor in an area with trees that provide shade. However, please dress accordingly as the temperature in September can still run hot. Our reception will be located in a barn with A/C.

We ask our guests to dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire for our event.

We have decided to have a small and intimate wedding with limited capacity, therefore plus ones are by invitation only.

As much as we love the little ones, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 16 due to space restrictions.

We will be serving hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a large buffet selection.

The ceremony will begin at 5pm on Saturday September 14th. Guests are allowed to arrive anytime within the hour prior to the ceremony to reserve your spot in the seating area.

The bride and groom send-off will be at 10pm and all guests must exit the venue by 11pm. Unfortunately we are unable to provide transportation to and from hotels so please plan your rides accordingly.
