The ceremony will take place at a church indoors followed by a reception outdoors at our house! The yard will be tented to account for weather!

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding! The dress code we envision is dressy casual attire. If you'd like to wear a dress we'd recommend sundresses, flats or wedge heels, etc. Alternatively, guests can wear a light dress shirt with khakis or other lightweight slacks (jackets and ties optional). John and Emily will be in a suit and white dress as well!

We live in a secluded development with plenty of street parking around our house for the reception!

In Syrian culture, the "money dance" is a part of the wedding reception where guests either pin money directly onto the clothing of the bride and groom or shower the couple with dollars as they dance to wish the couple good fortune, abundance, and success as they begin their new life together. When you hear our amazing DJ George Youwakim start the drumbeats, feel free to get up and dance with us!
