Mix & Mingle

Location - Alem Elfign Restaurant located in the Haile Grand  (the same hotel where we will have our wedding reception) - the entrance is to the left of the main entrance, you will see a sign for the restaurant.

Time - 18:00 (6:00pm)

Dress Code - Smart Casual Attire

The cost of the buffet dinner is 35 USD per person and includes 1 nonalcoholic beverage. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased at an additional cost. Payments can be made by card or cash.

Wedding Day - Ceremony

Location - The International Evangelical Church of Addis - Ababa - Sarbet Area, Roosevelt Street (Near the African Union and opposite King's Hotel)

Time - 15:00 (3:00pm)

Dress Code - Formal/Cocktail Attire

Location - Haile Grand Addis Ababa - Asmara Road Lamberet Square

Time - 18:00 (6:00pm)

Dress Code - Formal/Cocktail Attire

Buffet dinner and some alcoholic beverages to be provided. If you want to keep the party going, more drinks can be purchased at the bar!

Melse - Traditional Ethiopian Wedding Reception

Location - Yoseph's parents house - Sheger City, Legetafo Subcity, Country Club Developers (CCD), Road 42, House Number 1134 (please plan accordingly for a longer car ride since they are located outside of the city centre)

Time - 15:00 (3:00pm)

Dress code - Traditional Ethiopian attire or smart casual attire

Traditional Ethiopian drink and food will be served. A coffee ceremony will also be held.

Traffic in Addis has unexpectedly become worse in the last few months due to major construction and a city revamp introduced by the government. Please give yourself an additional hour at least to get places. Words of advice: Patience, being polite, and having a sense of humour goes a long way to resolving whatever might come up in Ethiopia, please be flexible.
