Bastendorff Beach County Park
Bastendorff, Beach Rd, Coos Bay, OR 97420
We’ve reserved a group campsite at Bastendorff Beach Campground for the wedding! The fee is $60 to camp, which covers both the night before and the night of the wedding. We’ll also be holding the reception at the campground’s pavilion, so everything will be in one convenient spot. We’d love to have you camp with us—text us at 541-900-4814 if you’d like to join!
What time can we check in and check out?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM on June 15, and check-out is at 12:00 PM on June 17, for a total stay of 2 nights.
What amenities does the campground offer?
Our reserved RV sites include water and electricity hookups, and tents can also be set up at these sites. Restrooms and showers are available nearby at the pavilion.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome, but they must be kept on a leash at all times. Please remember to clean up after them to help keep the campground enjoyable for everyone!
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol is allowed at the campground, but due to regulations, we won’t be able to provide or serve it to others. That said, you’re more than welcome to bring your own to celebrate — many of us will be doing the same!
Will there be any shared meals or potlucks?
The evening before the wedding, we’ll gather for a shared meal — we have plans to come! The morning of the wedding, we may have a relaxed group breakfast, so if you’d like to join, consider bringing something like eggs, bacon, sausage, or your favorite breakfast item. On the wedding day itself, we’ll be doing a potluck-style meal. We’d love for everyone to bring a dish — savory, sweet, or a favorite recipe — to share with the group. This way, our celebration will be filled with love, variety, and the spirit of everyone coming together.
Are fire pits or grills available at the sites? Can we bring our own?
There are no grills, but fire-pits are available, and fires are allowed within the pits. You may bring your own as well!
Is there a dump station?
Yes, there is a dump station for RVs/Campers.
Is there a safe area for kids to play?
Yes, there is a safe playground down the hill, not very close to the group camp but still easily accessible.
When is quiet time?
Quiet time begins at 10:00 PM.
We'll be in the group camp loop — look for the area with the pink highlighted spots on the map!
