Guest room blocks have been reserved at both Chateau Elan and the Hampton Inn, each conveniently located on the Chateau Elan property. Once the room blocks are full, additional rooms can be booked based on availability. If the block is full, we recommend calling the hotel directly to request the group rate. On our wedding day, everything from the ceremony to the reception is within comfortable walking distance of the Chateau Elan hotel. For guests staying at the Hampton Inn, Chateau Elan offers a complimentary 24-hour on-call shuttle service to and from the hotel. For those staying at Chateau Elan, the shuttle service will also be available to help you travel around the property comfortably. Please note that the shuttle operates on a first come, first served basis.

We kindly ask our guests to wear cocktail attire for the ceremony and reception. Think suits, dresses, or jumpsuits.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to get seated before the ceremony begins.

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that you join us for an adults-only celebration, with the exception of immediate family.

If your invitation includes "and guest," then yes! Otherwise, we are keeping our guest list intimate.

We are so grateful for your love and support! Since we already have a full apartment (and very little storage!), we’ve decided to forgo a traditional gift registry. Your presence is the only gift we need, but if you wish to give a gift, we are offering two optional cash funds: New Home Fund and Honeymoon Fund.

For anyone who wishes to contribute, contributions can be made online through our wedding website on the Registry page. Please note that the platform charges a 2.5% credit card processing fee. To avoid the fee, we kindly recommend writing a check if that’s more convenient.
