Are Children invited or able to attend the wedding?
While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further.
Can I bring a Plus One?
While we typically live by "The more, the merrier", in this case, we are unable to accommodate more than the guests specifically invited due to venue capacity. We hope you understand our decision to limit the number of guests where appropriate.
Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding ceremony venue?
Unfortunately, transportation will not be provided to/from Packer Memorial Church. There will be ample parking available (see parking question below), and we recommend either driving to/from the ceremony or leveraging ride share options (i.e., Uber, Lyft, etc.).
Will transportation be provided to and from the reception venue?
Transportation will not provided to/from the reception venue. Both recommended hotel options are within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the reception location.
Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception locations?
Yes, parking for both the Parker Memorial Church and Vault 634 will be available just a short walk away from each location.
Street parking is available for the Ceremony along W Packer Ave denoted by the green box. Please note this will need to be paid for via mobile parking meter.
Parking is also available in the Alumni Building Parking Pavilion a short drive away from the Church, also denoted by a green box. Please either drop off passengers along W Packer Ave and continue to the Pavilion or drive to the Pavilion and walk to the church following the "blue" pathway.
For those with disabilities, please pull up memorial drive to be dropped off right outside the church and then the driver can proceed to the parking pavilion following the "red" pathway.

What is the dress code?
The dress is Formal Attire.
For Men, examples include suits and ties with dress shoes or loafers.
For Women, examples include floor-length gowns, knee-length cocktail dresses or elegant pantsuits or jumpsuits.
Are the Ceremony and Reception Venues Wheelchair Accessible?
Entry to the ceremony at Packer Memorial Church is semi-wheelchair accessible (wheelchair accessible bathrooms are located nearby in the Packer Lab Building).
The reception at Vault 634 is fully accessible.
Can I take photographs during the ceremony or reception?
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographers will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

Will alcohol be provided during the ceremony or reception
Alcohol will not be served during the ceremony, as it is against the Church rules. Accordingly, we ask that you please refrain from bringing any alcoholic containers to the ceremony. We will have a full open bar for both the cocktail hour and reception. Additionally, wine will be served tableside throughout the dinner portion of the reception.
What type of food will be served at our wedding?
During the cocktail hour, various light bites will be provided until the seated, plated dinner portion consisting of both meat and vegetarian options.
Please let us know if you have any specific dietary or allergy restrictions as soon as possible so that we can attempt to accommodate them with the venue.
Can I post Photos on Social Media?
Please feel free to post photos that are respectful and tasteful on social media platforms.
What is the weather in the area like?
The Weather in Bethlehem/Allentown during the month of July is typically hot with the average high ~85 degrees F and the average low ~66 degrees F.
Is the wedding ceremony or reception indoors or outdoors?
Both the Wedding Ceremony and Reception will be held indoors. Please note that the Ceremony site is not air conditioned, but the Reception site is.
How do I know where to sit during the ceremony or reception?
At the wedding ceremony, please feel free to sit wherever you'd like, noting that the right side is typically the groom's side and the left side is typically the bride's side.
We ask that you do leave the first row for immediate family of the bride and groom.
At the reception, please check the seating chart to determine what your table assignment is. We will also have a place card with your name on it at your specified seat at your table.
