It all started in 2017 at a Pizza Hut, where we both worked. At the time, we didn’t know that a casual shift together would turn into something extraordinary. Our first meeting was nothing out of the ordinary – just another day of taking orders, serving pizzas, and navigating the rush of busy dinner hours. But as the days went on, we found ourselves talking more, laughing more, and discovering that we had a lot more in common than just a love for pizza.

What began as simple conversations during breaks soon turned into late-night talks about life, dreams, and everything in between. The connection was instant, and before we knew it, our bond grew stronger, and what started as a friendship blossomed into a beautiful relationship.

In 2018 Emma underwent her first heart surgery. Scylor took this opportunity to surprise her with our first dog, Benji - a black lab who’s too smart for his own good. A year later, we moved in together where we share our most valuable memories. From 2020 to 2023, our lives were busy learning how to share our lives together. We navigated the ups and downs, from finding new routines to beginning our dreams, and we grew stronger through every challenge and triumph. It wasn’t always easy, but every moment taught us more about what it means to be a team. In early 2021, we took a leap of faith and started our own business remodeling kitchens. It was an exciting new chapter that allowed us to combine our creativity and skills. We've loved every step of the journey so far. While we’re currently on a short break, we’re excited to continue this passion project in the future, building even more beautiful spaces for families to enjoy. In the summer of 2023, we added a new member to our family – Kylo, our adorable golden retriever. The dogs quickly became a cherished part of our lives, bringing even more love, joy, and laughter into our home. Whether it’s their playful antics or snuggles after a long day. When we’re not busy with work or family, we love spending time outdoors. Hiking, swimming, and enjoying nature are some of our favorite activities, and there’s nothing better than sharing those moments with each other and our boys. Cooking meals together is another way we bond, making the kitchen a place full of love and laughter. Most importantly, we cherish the time we get to spend with our family and friends. Whether it’s a quiet evening at home or a fun-filled adventure, those moments are what make life truly special.

Fast forward to today, and we’ve been inseparable ever since. We’ve shared so many incredible moments, from quiet nights in, spontaneous adventures, and everything in between. Through the years, we've built a foundation of trust, laughter, and unwavering support, knowing that we’ve found our person for life.

From Pizza Hut to forever – it’s been a journey we wouldn’t trade for the world. As we take the next step in our lives together, we’re filled with excitement and gratitude for the love that started and continues to grow every day.
