Anyone who knows Emma also knows that she can be an incredibly awkward person. Anyone who knows Will knows that he can make friends with a brick wall.

It was by chance that Emma decided to join her friend and his buddies at the bar for a drink. Her friend Andrzej introduced her to all of his friends in the group and Will happened to be there. He asked Emma "Do you want to dance?", which won him a dubious eyebrow from Emma, accompanied by "I'm not drunk enough to do that."

But Will was determined, and every 20 minutes he made a point to return... once... twice... until the third time he came over and asked, "Are you drunk enough to dance now?"

Emma downed the rest of her beer for some liquid courage, handed him her purse and said, "Now, don't be weird."

Will was the perfect gentleman and held her purse until other men on the dance floor began to make her uncomfortable, and like the Prince Charming he was, he swept Emma off the floor and to the bar, where they talked over cran-vodkas until 2 am.

Emma, for all of her awkwardness, was feeling bold, and asked "Can I do something?" and kissed him right then and there. They then ended up leaving the bar and walking around downtown Middletown, enjoying the stars, and looking at constellations before finally joining the rest of their friends and saying goodbye at 5 am.
