Our Wedding

It all began with a "like" on a popular dating app...From our very first chat, we knew there was something special. We talked about our favorite TV shows, and discovered our similar obsession with true crime/crime documentaries. We talked about our favorite foods, favorite movies, our families and friends. Within five minutes we felt like we had known each other for years. We then discussed our love for margaritas and Mexican food, which led to our first date that very same day. After lots of nerves that day, we met at El Mariachi in Easton and had the best date we could ask for. Even though Joe had never been line dancing, he immediately supported my love of country and dancing by attending "country night" that very same evening. Over time, we shared countless laughs and goofiness, vacations and getaways, and even hard times that we experienced together, as a team. We rescued our kitten, Teetee (this was a big deal as Joe was not a cat lover), and she became the love of our lives. We have grown into a couple who loves each other endlessly, supports each other through every single up and down, and is each other's best friend. We cannot thank our families and friends enough for being a part of our journey. You all have supported us every step of the way, and we are so, so grateful (cue the tears). We cannot wait to celebrate, and become husband and wife!

Where do I begin? Shayna and I met when we were about 3 years old - we went to preschool/kindergarten together, danced together for 18 years, and have always been attached at the hip. We bonded over our love for the Jonas Brothers - specifically Nick, and were both convinced we would marry him someday (sorry Joe). She has been my rock through every season of my life and I am so blessed to have her as a best friend and my Maid of Honor.

Kristin is my soon to be sister-in-law, but she already feels like my sister. She has been there for Joe and I since the beginning and we have the absolute best time together. She is a cornhole pro, so watch out for her at our cocktail hour! I am so thankful to be gaining a sister and another best friend.

Jillian recently got married to her husband, Tony, at The Villa as well! Jill and I have been very close for a long time. She started as my dance teacher, then coworker at Maplewood, and soon became a best friend...fast forward years later we are in each other's weddings and I wouldn't have it any other way! I am so lucky to have her.

Leanne and I go way back - even back to Hebrew school days! We have been good friends since we were little kids going to each other's birthday parties. We share the love of dance and discovered the love of line dancing together, had lots of fun at BSU (some memories we'd probably like to forget), and were roomies for a few years. I wouldn't change our friendship for anything.

Sarah and I met when I started as a brand new Medical Assistant. We very quickly turned from coworkers to best friends. We both love country music (and Morgan Wallen) so attending concerts has always been our favorite thing to do together. I watched as her daughter, Lily, became all grown up and now makes fun of us because we are old LOL. I love her so much and am beyond honored to have her stand by my side.

Kate and I met through mutual friends and while attending BSU. We immediately clicked and fast forward to years later we ended up living together with her cute, little dog, Colt. I introduced Kate to line dancing, which turned out to be our favorite thing to do and was our Thursday night activity almost every week. We have had many, many laughs and I am so glad to have her as a friend.

Marissa and I have been friends since we were little kids having beach days together. We have pretty much been inseparable for years. She gave me the sweetest, cutest nephew in the world - our ring bearer, Anthony Jr. and will be marrying the love of her life in August 2026. We have such an incredibly strong friendship and I can't imagine my life without her.

Terrance and I had known each other through mutual friends for years, but officially met over a decade ago. He quickly became someone I could count on for just about everything. From late-night EDM shows and epic vacations to deep, honest conversations - he keeps me grounded, keeps it real, and always shows up. Having him as my best friend and now, best man, means the world!

Mike has been someone I can count on through every chapter of my life since we became friends years ago. Tons of Mich Ultras, UFC fight nights, house projects, and helping us move into our new home - but even better than the good times, he has shown up when it matters. He is the kind of friend who quietly makes life easier just by being there.

Matt is one of my longest friends - I remember when he moved in to my neighborhood over 25 years ago. Matt and I became best friends even though we went to different schools when we were young, then we ended up at Archie's together. He has remained a constant in my life even living in different states, and I am thankful to have him standing next to me on my wedding day.

Ryan and I met during the first week of football practice prior to school starting in 9th grade. We both lived in Weymouth but hadn't run into each other much. Fast forward, and we formed a great friendship. I am very proud to call him such a good friend, and that he will be there on our special day.

Mike and I have known each other forever just from being from Weymouth. He is always there when I need something and is such a goofball (just like I am). He would do anything to help out anyone - he is such a caring guy. I'm so glad we have become so close again recently and that I can call him a friend.

Mike and I are both from Weymouth - we met through mutual friends after high school and became very close friends. He is a man of his word and always has my back when needed. We love watching and talking sports together (aka debating with each other), and I'm looking forward to having many more memories over the years!

Jimmy and I met later in life through mutual friends and similar interests - we immediately became very close and have had great times together. Back in the day we went to many EDM shows, and had some awesome weekend trips. I look up to Jimmy in a lot of ways - he is someone I can trust and depend on. I can't wait to have him next to me on our big day!

Anthony Jr. AKA "baby Ant" is the adorable son of my bridesmaid, Marissa, and her fiancé, Anthony. He is quite literally the joy of all of our lives and he has the cutest little personality. We cannot wait for him to be a part of our special day!

I met Lily through nursing school, and we couldn't have gotten through those tough times without each other. She quickly became an amazing friend to Joe and I, and also happily watches Thea for us whenever we need her (best cat auntie award)! We are so blessed to have her in our lives and to be a huge part of our big day.
