Crested Butte Mountain Resort offers a group booking discount at two hotels at the base of the mountain. This does not guarantee availability like a block, but does offer 20% off the regular rates at this hotel. Please book early to ensure availability.

Transportation

Day-of Transportation
We will have a shuttle running on a 1 mile loop from the hotel to the venue from 2:30-4pm. Please consider going early to ensure availability for all, as seating is limited. The shuttle will run again from 8-10pm.
Alternatively, you can use First Tracks on-demand service through Mountain Express, walk, or drive to the venue. Limited parking is available on site and cars can be left overnight but must be removed by 7am the next morning.

We recommend using Mountain Express to get around Crested Butte. Mountain Express has stops on the mountain and in town.

Getting to Crested Butte
Crested Butte is a 4 hour drive from the Denver area. Weather should be mild in September, but please plan accordingly in case of winter storms. For our guests who are flying, you can fly into Denver and drive 4 hours to Crested Butte, or you can fly into Gunnison, and drive 30 minutes north to Crested Butte. Rental cars are available in Gunnison if desired.
