Peyton and Emma first met during the Texas 4-H Water Ambassador Spring retreat at the Texas 4-H Center in Brownwood, Texas.

May 2022

Peyton and Emma kept in contact throughout the summer and quickly became friends during the Fall retreat for the Texas 4-H Water Ambassador Program. This friendship continued to grow into the next spring.

October 2022

Peyton and Emma began talking during the 2023 Spring Water Ambassador retreat. During the weekend, Peyton and Emma were grouped up and partnered together for many activities throughout the retreat. Emma grew feelings for Peyton after he carried her to her cabin due to a poor decision to wear brand new shoes to the evening dance.

May 2023

Peyton and Emma continued talking throughout the entire summer. They enjoyed each other's company in June at Texas 4-H Round-Up where they got there first official photo together. During July, they would get to see each other one more time during the Texas FFA State Convention. During convention, they spent every chance together. Before convention was over, Peyton and Emma decided to begin dating on July 14th.

Summer 2023

Peyton and Emma's first date. Peyton drove four hours to meet Emma at her home where he met her parents and siblings. Their date consisted of Chick-fil-A, a tour around Belton, watching Peter Pan, and a sunset by the lake. Peyton then proceeded to drive four hours home that night.

August 2023

Peyton and Emma continued to grow together. They spent the next month's doing long distance and traveling each month to see each other. They celebrated holiday's, birthday celebrations, and much more!

September 2023- June 2024

Peyton and Emma celebrated their one-year anniversary. This day was spent shopping and eating steak.

July 14th, 2024

Long distance was put at a pause! Emma began attending SFA while Peyton was at LETU. Only a hour apart.
