About 15 minutes away from The Venue. They have cabins, camping and RV hook up sites.

The lake is ‘V’ shaped, and covers 39 square miles (100km2), with 298 miles (480km) of shoreline. It has three marinas including ours, Orleans Trail Marina! It also has 10 public-use&nbsp;areas. It has a “non-development policy,” and is surrounded by unspoiled, tree-covered hills. Its banks are owned and operated by the Army Corps of Engineers. Stockton lake has&nbsp;numerous coves protected from the wind making it a great lake to wakeboard, water ski or other water sports, while the main channel offers the wind for the sailboats to enjoy a great&nbsp;race! You will also find great fishing on Stockton Lake with plenty of Bass, Walleye, Crappie, etc. to catch!

Orleans Trail Marina, Inc.

The clear waters of Stockton Lake beckon visitors to water ski, scuba dive,&nbsp;swim&nbsp;or&nbsp;fish. And Stockton State Park is the perfect place to do it. It’s an ideal&nbsp;place for sailing, with a perpetual southwest breeze.&nbsp;Two&nbsp;boat launches&nbsp;make it easy to get in the water, as does a swimming beach. Want to stay on land? The park is great for photographing wildlife,&nbsp;picnicking&nbsp;with the family,&nbsp;hiking&nbsp;or just reveling in the beauty of southern Missouri.&nbsp;The park also offers a range of&nbsp;lodging&nbsp;from&nbsp;campsites&nbsp;to cabins.

About an hour drive away from Stockton, MO. One of our favorite places to stop by when we travel down south. Absolutely breath taking. Spanning 350,000 square feet with over 1.5 miles of trails, Wonders of Wildlife takes you on a journey through immersive habitats that entertain and educate while sharing the story of America's most significant conservationists throughout history and today. The experience celebrates those who hunt, fish and act as stewards of the land and water. Located next to Bass Pro Shops National Headquarters in Springfield, Missouri, the campus is a centerpiece of America’s Conservation Capital in Missouri’s Ozark Mountains.
