Flights

We suggest flying into George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) for the best experience. The airport is about 20-25 minutes from our venue. Almost all US airlines fly into IAH with the exception of Southwest. If you would prefer to fly Southwest, you can fly into William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), and it is about 40 minutes from our venue.

You may consider a rental car for the weekend to get to and from the airport, although Uber and Lyft are very prevalent in the city and suburbs of Houston.

Holiday Inn & Suites: Houston NW - Willowbrook (18530 State Highway 249, Houston, TX 77070); includes free parking. It is around 20 minutes from the venue. If you would prefer to stay somewhere outside of the room blocks and are interested in exploring more of what the city has to offer, we recommend checking out hotels and Airbnbs/VRBOs in the neighborhoods shown on the map below. Some of our favorites include Houston Heights, Montrose, River Oaks, Rice Military, Museum District, EADO (not highlighted but directly east of downtown), and the Downtown Houston areas. These areas are anywhere from 25-40 minutes to the venue and IAH airport.

If you'd prefer to stay closer to the venue and airport, we recommend checking out Spring, Cypress, The Woodlands, Humble, and Tomball. You'll find plenty of hotels and Airbnbs/VRBOs in these areas to choose from. Feel free to reach out to Emma or Jaylen directly with any questions about where/where not to stay.
