It all started at THE Ohio State University, where we were both students — and proud Buckeye fans (don’t worry, our wedding is safely outside of football season!).

In the summer of 2018, we were both interns at Abbott Labs. During an Ohio State intern event at Buffalo Wild Wings, Andrew sat next to Emma and they had an instant connection and became friends.

After having a class together back on campus, we both graduated and joined Abbott’s rotational program working in different states. Then, in October 2019, we were reunited during a development week in Chicago and at a happy hour event, Emma got Andrew kicked out of a bar! Ask her about it — it’s a great story.

After that, we went our separate ways again… until early 2020, when COVID changed everything. We were both relocated to northern Chicago for work— and finally became more than friends.

Since then, we’ve moved to Ireland, traveled the world, and now call Columbus, Ohio home. Through it all, we’ve built a life full of laughter, adventure, and love.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you— and begin our greatest adventure yet: marriage.
