We understand it can be hard to leave your little ones behind for the night, so the answer is yes we are allowing children, but if you have the opportunity to leave your kids with a trusted family member or friend for the evening, we would kindly ask that you please do so. If you cannot leave your child, we understand and still hope for your attendance. If you plan to bring your children, please include them when you RSVP so we have an exact head count. Thank you! PS, Our venue has written in their contract that all children MUST be kept supervised by a parent at ALL times. They are not to go wondering off on their own at any point in the evening, not even to go to the bathroom alone. This is a working ranch with heavy equipment, a pond, and other dangers to small children. Please respect our requests and the rules of the venue if you bring your child. Thank you.

We anticipate the wedding (ceremony) to start at 5pm. Please arrive at least 30- 45 minutes early to park, grab a drink, and take your seats. Reception to follow!

This is a NO Smoking Venue. If you want to smoke, you will have to leave the venue and come back. This also includes vaping. No exceptions. This is a rule in our venue contract we have to respect and follow.

Our tentative wedding timeline is ceremony beginning at 5pm, cocktail hour and photos to follow, and dinner around 6:30pm. After dinner we have speeches, first dances, and dessert! We are not on a strict timeline! We want everyone to have the best time and enjoy a relaxed, fun Saturday night. DJ/Dancing and sparklers to end the evening!

Yes, the Rolling Hills Casino and Hotel is about a 9 minute drive from the venue! We have a booking ID code for them which is 3825. There is also a Holiday Inn Express down the road, & Chico is a 30 minute drive with many Air BnB choices. Please book in advance if you plan to stay the night! You will need to call the Rolling Hills Hotel if you plan to stay with them and use the ID code.

Yes, there will be a shuttle bus running to & from the Rolling Hills Hotel & Casino (ONLY) and the venue. The shuttle bus will be running throughout the entire evening from 3pm to 10:30pm. Please utilize the shuttle as parking is limited!!
