Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible, we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. Therefore, we ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Whilst we love all your little ones, please note this will be an adults-only celebration.

Transportation will be arranged for all guests so everyone can enjoy the celebrations and not worry about driving home. Pick up location for transportation to the venue will be in front of Hotel Viking at 3:30pm. There is valet parking available on site at the venue, if you do prefer to drive.

Yes! We have a room block at Hotel Viking in Newport. All the information and discounted rates are located underneath the travel tab.

We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for our evening. Suits and floor length or midi dresses are welcomed.

We kindly ask the Ladies to refrain from wearing white, ivory, champagne, or cream color attire.

If you are flying into Logan Airport, we recommend renting a car and driving to Newport. If you are coming from New York via Penn Station, take the Amtrak (Acela or Northeast Regional) to Providence and then take an Uber to Newport. If you are flying into TF Green Airport in Warwick, we recommend renting a car or taking an Uber to Newport. The cost of Ubers would range from $60-$100 each way.
