What time should I arrive?
Because our ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, we request all guests arrive no later than 3:50 PM.
Will the ceremony be unplugged?
Yes, we kindly ask all guests to silence and put away their phones during the ceremony.
How shall I dress?

Where can I park?
There's open parking in front of the venue! If full, there's plenty of parking spaces along the road.
What’s the best way to get to the venue?
If you’re staying in central Flagstaff, the venue is about a 20-minute drive away. Take I-17 South toward Kachina Village and use Exit 333. From there, follow Mountainaire Road straight to the venue. You’ll see a sign for “Aldea Weddings in the Woods”—the entrance will be on your right-hand side.
Is there a registry or gift option available?
Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for, but if you’d like to bless us with something extra, we’d be tremendously grateful! Under the "registry" tab, you'll find a few different funds for our honeymoon because we value experiences over material goods. Thank you in advance for your generosity!
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP as soon as you can! This will help with budgeting and planning.
Do I get a plus one?
When you RSVP, you'll see the names of everyone included in your party.
Please confirm exactly who'll be attending by checking the boxes for each guest listed, or by providing the name of your plus one. This helps us finalize an accurate headcount for seating, catering, and all the fun details we’re planning!
Please note that due to limited capacity, not all guests will receive a plus one. If you’d like to inquire about bringing a guest, feel free to reach out to us directly!
