Q + A

What is the proper attire?

Our wedding will be semi-formal/dressy causal. We ask women to wear a nice dress and men to wear dress pants and a button up shirt. Ladies, the reception will be outside on the grounds, I would recommend not wearing stiletto heels so they don't sink in the dirt and are comfortable!

Where do I park?

With the ceremony being under the tabernacle, we ask guests to park behind the family tents. Please do not park behind the tabernacle to avoid cars being in the photos. We have will parking signs on the grounds.

Where is the reception?

The reception will be in the same location as the ceremony. The ceremony will be under the tabernacle and the reception and coffee hour will be outside on the grounds.

When do I need to arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. Please plan to arrive around 4:30. The guest book and welcome table will be at the back of the tabernacle, so please enter through the back and avoid going entering on the sides. We will have ushers guiding guest in the right direction! We want everyone to have a chance to sign the guest book and be greeted at the ceremony!

Is there a bride and grooms side?

Please sit wherever you feel most comfortable! We are joining these two families together and we think of all of you as both of our family and friends! There will be no assigned seats other than the immediate family of the bride and the groom, which will be seated at the front.

Where are the bathrooms?

There will be bathrooms available behind the family tents.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Yes! Please let us know as soon as possible how many guests will be coming with you. We do ask that you only bring a plus one, this is what we are planning for. We want you to have a good time at our wedding with your date!

Where should I bring/send a gift?

If you would like to honor us with a gift, we will have a card box at the welcome table. If the gift is larger, we ask that it be mailed to our home!
