We kindly ask that you dress formally. Dress pants and button-up shirts for men--tie optional. Modest dresses or dressy separates for women. No jeans, please.
What color should I wear?
To honor the long-lasting tradition and respect the bride, please do not wear white, ivory, or any other shade of white.
Can I bring a date/plus one?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite by name.
Are kids invited?
We love your littles, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate them all. Only the guests listed on your invitation are welcome to celebrate our day. We encourage you to use this as a date night and enjoy your night out.
Is there an open bar?
No. There will be beer and wine to drink in plenty. NO liquor will be permitted. Non-alcoholic options will be available as well.
What if I don't RSVP by the dealine?
If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by the deadline listed on the invite, you will not be accounted for in our dinner numbers and table settings. You are welcome to join us after 7:30 pm for the reception/dance events if this happens.
Can I take photos & videos during the ceremony?
There will be a designated time as announced by our officiant for any photos you may want at the ceremony. We ask that for the remainder of the ceremony, your phone be silenced and put away. We have hired professionals to capture these important moments and would hate to have a person's phone/device blocking our photographer from capturing them. After the ceremony, we encourage you to take as many photos as you'd like and will have a platform where you can share them with us.
If I am staying at the hotel, how do I get to/from the event location?
There will be a shuttle going to/from the hotel to the venue and vice versa at multiple designated times throughout the day. Please see the travel page for specific times.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
It's Wisconsin. We are shooting for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, however have indoor accommodations if Mother Nature has other plans.
