Our ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by a tented cocktail hour and reception to keep the celebration going!

We can’t wait to celebrate with all our favorite people—and we’d love for everyone to get dressed up with us! Cocktail attire is requested. For gentlemen, this means suits and ties. Please note that the ceremony will take place on grass, so we recommend choosing footwear that’s lawn-friendly (think block heels, wedges, or flats).

We kindly ask you to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony starts. Please note: there is ongoing construction on 490 and I-90 that may cause delays, so plan a little extra travel time to ensure you don't miss a moment!

Yes! Shuttle service will pick guests up from The Holiday Inn Express (330 Eastern Blvd, Canandaigua, NY 14424) at 2:55 & 3:25pm. Please be in the lobby 10 minutes before departure so we can stay on schedule! The shuttle will also be running on a loop from 9:30 to 11pm to return guests back to the Holiday Inn Express. It will leave from the venue every 30 minutes.

There are other hotels in the area for those who wish to explore different options. However, please note that we only have a room block and shuttle service to and from the Holiday Inn Express Canandaigua.

We're happy to share that there is plenty of parking available at the venue for your convenience.
