Yes! We’ve reserved rooms at: The Courtyard Fredericksburg Historic District; The Hyatt Place Fredericksburg Mary Washington; and The Hilton Garden Inn Fredericksburg. You can find the booking link on the menu bar of this website.

We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure you are seated and comfortable before the celebration begins.

Yes, parking is available at the reception space, and there is also street parking nearby. Additionally, if you’re staying at The Courtyard Fredericksburg Historic District you would be walking distance from the reception venue!

We will not be providing group transportation from the ceremony to reception space. However, there is plenty of parking at both locations! If you are staying in hotels with other guests, we encourage you to carpool!

The reception space allows overnight parking. Please do not feel like you need to drive after the reception, as your safety is our highest priority. You are more than welcome to leave your car overnight and pick it up Sunday morning before 11am. There is also Uber service all over the Fredericksburg City area that we encourage you to use if needed!
