Emma and Daniel's journey together began in medical school at the Medical College of Georgia. They first crossed paths at Clinica Latina, a free student-run clinic dedicated to serving Spanish-speaking patients. Initially, they were friendly rivals, both vying for the head coordinator position at the clinic. However, over time, they found common ground and started dating.

Throughout medical school, Emma and Daniel supported each other through the highs and lows of their rigorous studies. Their bond grew stronger as they navigated the challenges and triumphs of their medical education together. Along the way, they welcomed two beloved dogs into their lives.

Their clinical rotations took them to Augusta, GA, and Albany, GA, where they gained invaluable experience and created lasting memories. Their most recent adventure is Daniel's research year at Northwestern, taking them to Chicago.
