Logan and Emma met in the summer of 2022 while both working as adult staff members at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Summer Camp in Oklahoma. Both Logan and Emma had worked at camp before, but never at the same time as each other. While working together, both Emma and Logan realized that they had a lot in common, and that there had been several times that they had been in the same place at the same time, but never officially crossed paths. You could say it was an invisible string:)

As time drifted past the summer, the two of them found themselves wanting to spend as much time with the other as possible. However, Emma attending college in Nebraska did not make that easy! At the end of the summer, Emma returned back to Creighton University for her senior year, and Logan returned to Oklahoma State. However, they both told each other that they had feelings for the other and wanted to see where things could go! Logan and Emma did long distance and both made commutes from NE to OK, and from OK to NE. On October 1st of 2022, the two became an official couple!

After spending another summer working at camp together (yay for no more long distance), Emma moved to North Dakota as she pursues her PhD in Clinical Psychology. When returning to Oklahoma for Christmas Break in 2023, Logan proposed on the Feast Day of the Holy Family (New Years Eve) outside of the Blessed Stanley Rother Shrine in Oklahoma City!

Logan and Emma now both live in Grand Forks, North Dakota while Emma completes her doctoral program and Logan works full time at a local parish!

Logan and Emma would describe their love as peaceful, loving, joyful, and adventurous. We are so grateful for our love story and cannot wait to begin this next chapter of our lives together!
