Jacob and Emma met online in 2017 while Emma was living in Spokane, and Jacob was living in Pullman attending WSU. They continued their long distance relationship for about a year and a half until Emma moved down to Pullman to start her classes at WSU. They lived in their 450 square foot apartment for about two and a half years before they moved to Spokane to start the next chapter of their lives together. In the past five years Jacob and Emma have both survived a pandemic, graduated college, moved to a new city and started new jobs.
