<p>Benjamin Fraser and Emma Hill met in junior high when they were 13 years old. From the moment he laid eyes on her, Ben knew that Emma was "the one." Emma, however, needed some convincing. As they got to know each other, it didn't take long for Emma to fall in love with Ben's sense of humor and contagious smile. Before they knew it, Ben and Emma were the best of friends. As time went on, Ben worked up the courage to ask Emma to be his girlfriend, and he was swiftly rejected. Although Ben didn't realize it at the time, Emma had the foresight and the wisdom to realize that the pairing was right, but the timing was wrong. As the years went on, Ben asked Emma to be his girlfriend on several other occasions, and each time, he was met with opposition. Then one day, as a senior in high school, Ben decided to shoot his shot one last time. In the years since they met, Ben and Emma had each matured in their own way, experiencing many forms of love, growth, heartbreak, and everything in between. Emma finally decided that this was the right time for them. Now, as they walk through the seventh year of their relationship and enter their first year of marriage, Emma's wisdom and patience, and Ben's dedication and resolve are bearing more fruit than they ever thought possible. </p>
